Hylec-APL has introduced a range of small enclosures that include a 35mm DIN rail and IP66 sealing, and are designed for frequent opening and closing. Die Cast Aluminium Alloy
Called the DN Range, “the DIN Rail assists the installer to mount terminal blocks, relays or connectors. For maximum flexibility, the design also allows PCBs to be positioned vertically in a number of slots within the enclosure base”, said the firm.
Construction is in light grey RAL 7035 ABS, flame retardant to UL-94HB, with a 3-4mm wall thickness. Lid options are transparent or the same grey material.
“Our DN range is a solution for applications that require protection against water ingress, yet house components requiring frequent access,” said Hylec sales director Mark Severn.
Hylec is based in Wellingborough.
