Who said cats weren't protective?!

Cats are often categorized as standoffish animals since they typically march to the beat of their own drum. But, believe it or not, cats can be just as protective as dogs with their friends and family. It's evident in this clip from TikTok user @hazelsohnutty_. Light Weight Duvet

Hazel the cat's "friends" are pictured on a bath mat and when the owner needed to fix the mat because it was all messed up, Hazel wasn't having it. Take a look at what this cat does when someone gets close to her friends. It's hilariously adorable!

Aww! Everyone needs a protective friend in their life like Hazel. She didn't hesitate to step in between this TikToker and her friends. Even if there is no harm, she still wanted to keep them safe. Or maybe she's doing it because she really doesn't want anyone else to have her friends. She said, "These are mine. Find your own!" LOL!

"You need to get Hazel a friend. Then the friend needs a friend, then you would ask yourself why stop at 3 cats when you can have 4?" commented @sungjinw0001. Now, this is the kind of thinking we support. You get a friend, you get a friend, you all get a friend! But for real though, this owner better bring home a friend for Hazel or we'll protest.

Another TikToker, @user8450466101443, wrote what Hazel was probably thinking. It reads, “It has cats on it, so it's for me! So no touch!” See? We told you cats can be very protective. LOL! @stigisthename added, "No photos please." HA! Hazel didn't want the paparazzi to both her and her friends.
